• At the 2023 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials in Toronto, Routliffe claimed a pair of multi-class gold medals, in the 100-m breaststroke and 200 individual medley, as well as silver in the 50 butterfly. Her performance qualified her for the 2023 World Para Swimming Championships team in Manchester, England.
• At the Madeira 2022 World Para Swimming Championships, Routliffe collected a full set of hardware, winning gold in the 100-m breastroke SB7, capturing silver in the 200-m individual medley SM7, and earning bronze in the 50-m butterfly S7.
• Routliffe was selected to represent Canada at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, but was unable to compete due to injury.
• At the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, Routliffe brought home her first Paralympic medal, a silver in the 200-m individual medley in Canadian record time.
• She made the finals in four other events: 100-m breaststroke (4th), 50-m freestyle (5th), 100-m freestyle (6th) and 50-m butterfly (7th). The times in the 100 breast, 50 free, and 100 free were all Canadian records.
• She contributed to a 5th-place finish in the 34pts 4×100-m freestyle relay, in Canadian record time.
• Routliffe won gold in the 100-m breaststroke SB7 at the 2018 Pan Pacific Para Swimming Championships in Cairns. She also earned silver and broke the Canadian record in the 200-m individual medley SM7 and brought home bronze in 50-m butterfly S7 and 4×100-m freestyle relay.
• At the London 2019 World Para Swimming Championships, Routliffe claimed three medals, including silver in the 100-m breaststroke SB7 and bronze in the 200-m individual medley SM7, both in Canadian record time, as well as bronze in the 4×100-m freestyle relay 34 points. She also reached individual finals in the 50-m butterfly S7 (4^th) and 100-m freestyle S7 (6^th), setting a personal best time in the preliminaries of the 50 fly, and finished 12^th in the 100-m backstroke S7. Thanks to her performance in the 100 breaststroke, she was nominated to the Canadian Paralympic Committee to represent the country at Tokyo 2020.
• Routliffe broke her own Canadian record in the SB7 100-m breaststroke at the 2018 World Para Swimming World Series in Sheffield.
• At the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, Routliffe finished third in the S7 50-m butterfly in a personal best time.
• At the 2022 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials, Routliffe made a triumphant return from a serious back injury that kept her out of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. She won multi-class gold medals in the 100-m breaststroke and in the 200-m IM. She also captured silver in the 50-m butterfly multi-class. Routliffe’s performances qualified her for the 2022 World Para Swimming Championships.
• At the 2019 Canadian Swimming Trials in Toronto, Routliffe earned a pair of multi-class medals, including gold in the 50-m butterfly and silver in the 100-m breaststroke.
• 2015 was a breakout year, as Routliffe won four gold medals and one silver at the Parapan Am Games Toronto. She took gold in the 50-m freestyle, 100-m freestyle, 100-m breaststroke and 100-m backstroke, with the silver in the 200-m IM.
• In 2015 she won a silver medal in the 200-m IM, earned four 4th-place finishes, and set Canadian records in the 100-m freestyle and 100-m backstroke competing in her first IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.
• At the 2014 Pan Pacific Para-swimming Championships, she reached the final in six individual events at age 16. The highlight was a silver medal in the 100-m breaststroke.
